Create a tasty Greek salad with Chef Allison Davis and Jason Smith

SALAD INGREDIENTS: • Cucumber • Red Onion • Tomatoes • Feta Cheese • Pepperoncini

VINEGRETTE INGREDIENTS: • Olive Oil • Red Wine Vinegar • Dill • Mint • Lemon Juice • Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS: Cut the cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, and pepperoncini. Place them in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the vinegrette ingredients together. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and add the feta cheese.
