Create smoked salmon puffs with Chef Allison Davis
INGREDIENTS: • Goat Cheese • Cream Cheese • Capers • Lemon Juice • Salt & Pepper • Salmon • Dill • Puff Pastry • Egg Wash
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix in a food processor your goat cheese, cream cheese, capers, lemon juice, salt, pepper, salmon, and dill. Cut the puff pastry into squares. Take a small spoonful of the blended mixture and place it in the middle of the square. Use egg wash like glue to hold the ends of the pastry together. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
